Board of Directors

Parent/Child Incorporated’s Board of Directors is comprised of 6 members of the San Antonio Community who are deeply involved and committed to early childhood development issues to include empowering parents with the knowledge to become their child’s strongest advocate.  They are responsible for establishing short and long-range goals, determining major personnel and fiscal and program policies, as well as promoting the agency in the community.

This body has the legal and fiscal responsibility for ensuring that the Agency’s Early Head Start, CACFP Centers and CACFP Registered Family Day Homes programs are administered in compliance with all Federal, State and local regulations.
