PCI Head Start Policy Committee PCI's Head Start Policy Committee is comprised of a mixture of community representatives and parent’s of enrolled children, all whose participation has a major impact on the services our children receive. The committee assists in setting goals, planning programs and approving agency personnel policies and funding requests. The Head Start Policy Committee annually elects representatives to the PCI Board of Directors and all members of the Policy Committee stand for election or re-election annually. PCI parents serving on the Head Start Policy Committee are charged with informing parents at the center committee level of the activities of the Policy Committee. All members are charged with actively promoting the agency within the community. |
